Astound Broadband is currently searching for a Warehouse Technician I or II to be based in our La Conner, WA, warehouse as well as Burlington, WA warehouse as needed. Under general supervision Warehouse Technicians are responsible for maintaining secure inventory storage and control in the warehouse. Performs duties associated with storage, shipping and receiving of construction materials, equipment and supplies. Adapting to changing priorities, requiring collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Provide high-quality, accurate service by addressing and resolving a range of internal customer requests, inquiries, and complaints related to warehouse operations.
Where you will work:
This position will be based in our La Conner, WA warehouse, as well as our Burlington, WA warehouse.
A Day in the Life of the Warehouse Technician I or II:
Perform receiving functions for all incoming inventory, comparing paperwork to ensure actual inventory received matches packing slips.
Inspect, repair, and test all incoming converters and modems. Perform cosmetic repairs and cleanings to ensure they are operational and ready for use.
Verify the integrity of ICOMS accounts against work orders. Distribute and document supplies and equipment upon issuance of authorized requests.
Follow inventory control procedures by conducting periodic physical counts, maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, preparing shipments, documenting quantities, and updating reports for accurate inventory tracking.
Secure inventory within designated warehouse areas.
Maintain a neat and orderly warehouse and equipment repair areas at all times.
Other duties as assigned.

Have vision ability: close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus, as well as being able to differentiate between different sizes and colors of wires.
Work with small components and wires to make cable connections.
Bend and lift materials up to 75 pounds from floor level to a height of 6 feet, placing them on shelves or vehicles.
Use of the following hand tools: electric drills, hammers, bolt cutters, screw drivers, wrenches, and tape measures.
Work while standing 50-70% of the time.
Exhibit effective communication skills (written and verbal).
Possess basic knowledge of mathematics.
Must possess a valid drivers license with a satisfactory driving record compliant with the company policy
Education & Certifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
