First Atlantic HealthCare is Presenting the ‘Earn as You Learn’ CNA Class!
Marshall Healthcare is offering a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program!
This is a 40 hour per week PAID position, at $16.00 per hour that consists of 20 hours of class and clinical experience, with the remaining hours spent as a Unit Aide. If you are accepted in the program, you will be a full-time employee earning your CNA license.
Upon successful completion of the class, you will be placed in a full time CNA position at Marshall Healthcare, with the eligibility to receive a $2,500 sign on bonus (paid out incrementally in your paychecks) and a pay increase to $18.00 per hour! In accepting the sign on bonus, you will be required to sign a promissory note, committing to work for Marshall Healthcare for 2 years.

Requirements to be accepted into the class:
Must be 18 years or older
Participate in a pre-admissions interview
Pass pre-employment background check
Successfully pass the CASAS assessment that will be provided to those moving forward in the interview process. (A reading and writing assessment)
Willing to work a 4-day work week while in training
As a CNA, you will have the responsibilities and duties that include but not limited to:
Assist with daily activities
Help residents with personal hygiene
Provide adjunct care for the patient
Check vital signs and record daily information in the resident’s chart
Assist the nurses and other staff as needed
Adhere to professional standards
Follow policies and procedures and abide by federal, state and local requirements
