Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one clean ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.

We are seeking a motivated and diligent Change Analyst to join our business transformation. The Analyst will play a role in identifying change impacts across assigned business functional groups in partnership with the broader team. They will also assist in crafting tools and capabilities that track change impacts and value realization throughout our change and adoption frameworks. Their contributions will improve transparency and insights, ensuring a smooth transition during our E2E business transformation.

Assigned to a functional area and partnering across the team, they will partner to ensure effective management of change in areas such as Finance, Plan/Source, Data, VCM, MAKE, Deliver, etc.

The Change Analyst will be accountable for partnering to develop assessments and impact summaries within their scope. They will cultivate an understanding of the end-to-end organization. Collaborating closely with peers and partners, this analyst will identify and address adoption barriers through these comprehensive change impact assessments. Additionally, they will collaborate with peers in business adoption, training, and communications to monitor change targets and track progress for their respective areas

Key Responsibilities:

Change Impact Analysis & Continuous Improvement:

Partner with leadership in the facilitation and build of critical change artifacts for validation and sign off; such as personas, user journeys, pain points, and change impacts assessments.

Capture and measure relevant KPIs for relevant areas across the change framework, methodology and ways of working.

Partner to build a change story across personas, functions, capabilities, and E2E business processes to be leveraged in business communications at various levels.

Identify and communicate training needs and provide support to adjacent organizations on adoption and communication elements

Contribute to the design and implementation of end-to-end change and adoption frameworks.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and provide recommendations for improvement based on analysis

Stay updated on best practices in change management and SAP systems

Tool Development and Enhancement:

Assist in the creation and refinement of tools and methodologies to track change impacts and measure value realization.

Support the development of dashboards and reporting mechanisms to visualize change impacts leveraging toolsets such as PowerBI.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Partner to host workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights on change impacts.

Engage with team members and stakeholders to support change initiatives.

Qualifications

Education:

Minimum of High School or equivalent diploma/degree is required; Bachelors / University or equivalent degree is preferred

Certifications in Project Management and/or Process Management such as PMP / FPX and/or Lean Six Sigma are an advantage

Experience and Skills:

Required:

Minimum 6 months of relevant work/business experience (including internships, or CoOps, or equivalent programs)

Strong analytical experience including working in complex data sets and processes and proven track record to effectively draw conclusions and make decisions based on analytical findings

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, the ability to work well in teams and cross-functionally influencing and engaging partners, and with flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment

Preferred:

Experience in business analysis, supply chain, finance, or data

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and/or Smartsheet workflow

Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or related industry

Other:

May require up to 30% domestic and international travel

Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $63,000 to $102,350.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporations performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Companys discretion on an individual basis.
