Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the Armament & Weapons Handling & Weapons Control Support Equipment (SE) Branch in the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst SE Department. Responsibilities You will supervise, manage, and lead the multi-disciplined program management, engineering and logistics team to acquire, field and sustain Armament and Weapons Handling and Weapons Control Support Equipment. You will forecast customer requirements and direct planning of personnel, industrial resources, or business endeavors in accordance with workforce shaping objectives. You will ensure personnel understand and utilize the processes, procedures and tools required to effectively execute assigned tasking and implement Standard Work Packages, Standard Operating Procedures and other direction/guidance. You will interface with senior managers, leaders, sponsors, and stakeholders to address programmatic and organizational matters and will work to resolve issues and controversies involving collaboration and compromise. You will supervise personnel, administer management policies and procedures and coordinate functions between various groups to accomplish goals. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-03 (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Lead, plan, budget, manage, acquisition and execution of the life cycle for Test Systems on a major Aviation Platform; 2) Incorporate multi-disciplined, cross-site teams whose responsibilities include planning and execution of the life cycle management (development, testing, acquisition, fielding, support and disposal) of Test Systems; 3) Lead program reviews, acquisition efforts and manage contractors, to meet program requirements and achieve fielding along with all required Test Systems Integrated Logistics Support (ILS); 4) Develop all guidance needed for Test Systems for the users, and provides complex professional and technical services directly affecting large, complex, multi-mission organizations and numerous joint service processes.
