Job Description:

Ensure predictable and successful project delivery by providing a holistic view of the project to the organization and stakeholders.

Engage proactively in project planning activities, including:

Defining project scope and objectives.

Creating and maintaining a consolidated timeline/schedule with major milestones.

Identifying and communicating project dependencies and impacts.

Implementing mechanisms for ongoing project control (e.g., kick-off meetings, communication plans, risk management).

Define project governance, outlining roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and escalation paths.

Establish success criteria upfront to promote alignment and manage expected project outcomes effectively.

Keep all stakeholders (internal and external) engaged and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide leadership and key stakeholders with necessary information to make timely decisions.

Navigate both formal and informal channels to get tasks accomplished and understand organizational culture.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience.

2-3 years of project management and/or relevant consulting experience.

Knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and project lifecycles.

Experience driving large scope projects with multiple interdependencies.

Proven experience in large-scale change efforts and change management.

Familiarity with matrix management of cross-functional processes and teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Project.

Willingness to travel 15-30% of the time.
