Wells Fargo is seeking a motivated Lead Information Security Engineer to join an exciting fast-paced team working on multiple critical initiatives to support Identity and Access Management (IAM) reporting and analytics that are leveraged company-wide.

Youll provide analytical leadership as an impactful individual contributor to a team responsible for metrics and analytical reporting for Identity and Access Management.

We need a solid security analyst that can work with large datasets, and the design and deployment of reports and metrics and using Youll have supported internal analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, SAS, Python, Alteryx etc.

In this role, you will:

Develop and build IAM data pipelines that will form the basis of risk reporting using visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.

Source data from databases (including SQL, Oracle and Teradata), data lakes, API based data acquisition, analytical data objects such as SAS data files, web, SharePoint, Excel and other sources as needed.

Enrich IAM data with risk attributes including trending, attribution, asset identification, due dates, prioritization and other data elements of interest to cyber and IT risk managers.

Assemble large, complex data sets for reporting that meet IAM program needs leveraging existing data stores and systems of record.

Identify, design, and implement process automation opportunities optimizing data delivery and data self-service by operational risk managers.

Create process and reporting automation in line with the IAM programs priorities.

Leverage the banks standard tools including various enterprise data stores, reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau, Business Objects, and workflow tools such as MS PowerApps.

Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into IAM risk metrics and other key performance metrics.

Partner with engineering, database and other technical teams to accomplish IAM goals.

Required Qualifications:

5 years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

5 years experience building and optimizing reports, dashboards and ETL processes.

Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.

5 years advanced knowledge of tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, SAS, Python, Alteryx etc.

Desired Qualifications:

Expertise in data wrangling, transformation, joins and other data engineering operations

Knowledge of Windows Server and/or Unix scripting

Experience with data scripting languages such as SAS, Python or R. Experience with Powershell and Unix scripting is highly desirable

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment

Experience leading risk projects to deliver complex data driven risk management solutions

Hands-on ability to manipulate data and tools to prototype and present solutions

Confident and self-motivated producer of original ideas and solutions, with sound judgment for when to escalate issues

Able to guide and lead junior technology team members, whether with or without formal reporting authority

Able to influence cross-functionally in a rapidly evolving business environment while managing multiple projects

Strong written and verbal communicator with excellent presentation skills

Ability to work with top talent in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment where analytics and good data are a top priority

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$111,100.00 – $217,200.00
