Hiring Range :$54,745.60-$73,236.80

The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities:

• Complete month-end close of St. Mary’s Foundation, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, account analysis, financial statements, and various other month end reporting

• Complete month-end close of Medical Services Enhancement, a small rental organization, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, account analysis, financial statements, and various other month end reporting.

• Complete month-end close of Carondelet Regional Medical, a small physician practice, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, account analysis, financial statements, and various other month end reporting.

• Complete month-end close of a newly created Joint Venture specialty physician practice, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, account analysis, financial statements, and various other month end reporting.

• Capitalize, Transfer and Scrap fixed assets and reconcile the fixed asset module to the general ledger monthly, for all organizations above and St. Mary’s Healthcare organization.

• Works with Departments to complete Fixed Asset Inventory

• Backup to other Senior Accountants

• Assists in preparation of audit work papers for year-end audit with external auditors.

• Assist with tax return preparation.

• Complete various surveys.

• Assists in executing company policies and compliance procedures.

• Other duties as assigned

Education:

• Bachelors degree in accounting required

Work Experience:

• (1) year of experience required.
