The Assistant RV Sales Manager is responsible for working sales deals at the desk with RV Outfitters and assisting in closing deals with customers when needed.  The position assists the General and Sales Manager is ensuring full compliance with customer service vision standards.      

Pay: $80K-100K Annually

Job Duties:

Evaluate customer needs and budget in selecting the appropriate RVs for Outfitters to present to customers; negotiate and close customer deals when needed or requested

Analyze and solve customer issues promptly, consistent with company service standards

Conduct inspections on customer trades

Inspect trades after reconditioning and final repair decisions or service charges, as requested by or in absence of the General and Sales Manager

Conduct daily lead development meetings; attend and participate in weekly sales meetings; ensure 100% compliance with monthly employee one-on-one sessions 

Coordinate, plan and follow through on routine assignments and execute special projects with precision, as assigned by the General Manager

Attend off-site shows and events as requested

Assist General and Sales Manager in the execution of company sales programs, policies, procedures and/or dealership initiatives

Advise and guide RV Outfitters on procedural or sales training rules or guidelines in accordance with company policies and programs

Handle money or other media within company guidelines

Implement steps, policies and systems to meet or exceed sales goals, targets and expectations

Ensure all sales related Finance & DMV laws, procedures and steps are followed as written

Establish strong, professional working relationships with manufacturer representatives and outside vendors

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position assists the Sales Managers with supervising the RV Outfitters. 

Qualifications:

High school diploma

2 years’ experience in a customer service role

Previous sales and managerial experience in a retail environment helpful, but not required

Weekend work required
