Join our team as an Assembler and play a crucial role in creating high-quality products! We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who can handle both caulking and mechanical assembly tasks.
Position Summary:
As an Assembler, you will be responsible for the caulking and mechanical assembly of large and small complex parts from start to finish. This role involves using a variety of tools and following detailed work instructions to ensure that all components and finished goods meet product specifications. You will work in a team environment and may need to maneuver in tight spaces or stand for long periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and perfect manufacturing caulking techniques.
Perform a variety of operations involving the manufacturing of simple-to-complex mechanical metal assemblies and sub-assemblies.
Use high-level mechanical aptitude and competency in assemblies, including riveting and glue assemblies.
Build to productivity and quality goals.
Assemble components and finished goods to product specifications.
Interpret product diagrams/blueprints.
Diagnose and troubleshoot defects and errors in both caulking and mechanical components.
Identify and solve problems related to broken mechanical products.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
1-2 years of experience in a related field.
Ability to read and learn blueprints and other product specification documents.
Proficient in the use of hand/air tools and torque specs.
Ability to use measuring instruments preferred.
Positive attitude and flexibility with schedule to cover shifts and additional duties.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
