Job Description:
The Business Development Project Manager will be responsible for supporting service lines and implementations by working directly with our Vice President to research, plan, coordinate and project manage growth initiatives across the entire organization to ensure a successful implementation.
The successful candidate will be expected to be wear multiple hats, familiar with data analytics, have strong project management and possess a desire to be part of a fast-growing team.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:
BS – Bachelor of Science in Business/Healthcare Administration, Finance or Related Field required. MA – Masters in Business/Healthcare Administration, Finance or Related Field preferred. 5 years of project management experience required. 4 years of experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Smartsheet. Ability to lead projects with cross functional teams working on complex, operational and strategic initiatives. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high sense of urgency. Ability to combine strategic vision with everyday tactical detail and a strong urge for action. Strong communication skills, writes and presents effectively; strong ability to adapt delivery and style to fit the audience and message; able to deliver messages that are well received and clearly understood. Knowledge of the healthcare industry preferred.

$74,724-$102,550.50 annually Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidates experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
