The Manager; Capital Program Governance will be responsible for the overseeing the execution
of capital processes, stage gates, and capital review meetings within the GOS organization.
Working with each segment within GOS, he/she will ensure planned work, efficient execution,
cost management, and change control throughout the year is executed in an organized and
controlled manner.

The Manager will support the Director, Capital Programs in developing
processes and standards as well as use strong organizational alignment and relationship building
skills to influence both internal and external resources, producing tangible results that ultimately
results in efficient capital execution.

This is a hybrid role based in Cranberry, PA or Rock Hill, SC. No relocation or sponsorship is avaialble.

The Manager oversees the project (Capital project planning, execution, monitoring) lifecycle and executes
strategic plans to meet the organizations financial and growth objectives as well as maintaining the
operating assets in a safe and reliable condition. He /she is responsible to:
– Implement standard review processes
– Maintain relationships with key internal segments as well as with Business Unit strategy personnel.
– Provide program updates and regular communication for progress, risks, and effectiveness of spend
– Monitors costs and timelines and submits required progress reports to allow for decisions across
program and company.

Duties and Responsibilities:
This is a central role within GOS, as GOS Capital relies on data from a vast array of segments and
subsegment locations. Planning, data gathering, organization, reporting are key elements.
Analyzes and manages risks for the Program. Establish risk profile for the Program and
proactively manage mitigation plans, dealing dynamically with unexpected outcomes to ensure
success.
Develop and maintain relationships with the GOS segment leadership for effective delivery of
Project scope. Engage to support and to use effective influence/communication to lift barriers to
successful completion scope.
Effectively communicate with internal and assigned external customers and partners to identify
and prioritize needs. Establish and report on KPIs routinely to key stakeholders.
Establish, lead and coordinate cross-functional team to drive projects to ensure proper
integration and alignment with broader GOS goals.

Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies:
Requirement: BS Engineering or construction management MBA degree is preferred
Years of Experience : 10 years of leadership experience in process improvement, organization assessment and execution
Professional Certifications: PMP Certification Preferred Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Preferred
Skills and Competencies: Strong nuclear / industrial safety and HuP mindset Strong Change Management Skills Effective communicator both verbal and written Excellent facilitation and leadership skills working with both internal and external resources Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal and external stakeholders is required. Experience in working and leading in a matrix organization Uses fact based, structured decision-making process to initiate and support appropriate actions Knows how to effectively exchange information, instructions and ideas within across functional teams Understands and adheres to all policies, procedures, and guidelines pertaining to safety, health, environmental and quality assurance emphasizing this perspective in their own work and in the work of others Knowledge and understanding of the Project Management Body of Knowlwdge.
