Job Description
We manufacture steel containers and bins for the waste, construction, recycling, and energy sectors. The majority of these are roll-back bins that are loaded and unloaded off the backs of trucks. We seek welders who can work in a fast-paced environment. 1-2 years of experience is preferred, and experience will determine the pay rate. Welders will work on a production line to meet daily goals. While welding and fabricating are necessary, production welding will comprise the majority of the role. Depending on the line, you will be responsible for producing 15-18 bins each day, including welding walls, floors, frames, sub-assemblies, and gates. All welding completed is MIG welding. The facility is not climate-controlled.

This is a fully on-site position in Milton, Pennsylvania.
Work Environment
The company manufactures various bins and dumpsters for commercial use, including for semi-truck rollbacks. We have been growing consistently over the past few years and are expanding further, with a potential 900,000 sq ft expansion on property we own. The facility is not climate-controlled. Starting pay is $19/hr, with eligibility for a raise at the end of 6 months. The Small Bins line is the most desired role due to piece-rate pay, where some employees make about $30/hr depending on their production. However, you must earn a position on this line, with the most skilled and experienced employees given priority.
