Role Description
As part of the SAP Security Compliance and Trust Office, the Customer Awareness and Audit Team advocates on behalf of our customers by influencing our business partners with data, anecdotes, and information to spotlight issues that need attention and focus. This role will help enable all of the other teams within SAP to be more effective in fostering increased Trust with customers. Our program also is offered to external customers providing the right level of assurance in cases where these parties invoke their “Right to Audit” to SAP products and services. The Customer Compliance IT Project Consultant will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, internal policies and industry standards. Support the managers in the initial planning stages of project plans and risk assessments relatedtothe Customer Awareness and Audit / Strategic Compliance and Trust Office functions
Coordinate, review, and manage customer facing communication and publication process
Support with mission critical enablement and messagingtocustomers that may be scheduled or ad hoc
Perform gap analysis and find opportunities for optimization and managing security risks
Contributetocreating product securitydocumentation and guidelines
Role Requirements

Proven experience as a project manager, can provide specific examples
Abilitytomanage workload, meet deadlines, and achieve results in a collaborative team environment through effective project management
Highly self-motivated and demonstrated self-initiative
Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
Stakeholder Management, abilitytowork with multiple teams across levels and departments in highly matrixed environment
Detail Oriented
Creative and strong problem-solving skills
Goal-directed, persistent and driventoachieve positive results and outcomes
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

[Optional] Professional Experience
Bachelors degree (or comparable in-firm training) preferred
3 years of project management and execution in a technical environment, with a focus ondocumenting results
Experience in global cyber regulations is a plus
Experience working with cloud products and solutions are a plus

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 105900 – 180100(USD) USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills,experience, scope ofthe role, location, etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
