Job Description
Internships within Lifecycle Services (LCS) provide unique opportunities to develop your engineering, analytical, and customer centric skills.

As a Continuous Improvement Intern you will…
Create the Monthly Managed & Support Services (MMS) Contract List – referenced by Infrastructure Support & Maintenance (ISM), Cyber Professional Service (CPS), Customer Support & Maintenance (CSM) and Portfolio (close to 200 people)
Perform Monthly Business Partner ID List updates – drives customer access to the MSS 800 support line Globally (serves all MSS customers)
Publish work Instructions for the team. (Best practices and unwritten knowledge)
Track 30-60-90-day expired contracts (Cost and resource savings: we can stop servicing customers without contracts)
Statement of Work / Proposal Review for alignment with contract entitlements: (confirm we are only servicing what is in the contract – potential cost savings)

The Essentials – You Will Have:
Active enrollment in a four year or advanced degree program at an accredited university
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future
The Preferred – You Might Also Have:
A major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Met us through an event or interned with us in the past
A cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Demonstrated desire to deliver high-quality customer service
Possess a valid U.S. drivers license
Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to approach challenges with innovative solutions
Experience and desire to deliver high-quality customer service
Geographic flexibility with a willingness to relocate
