Position Summary

MAG Aerospace is hiring for a General and Operations Manager, Journeyman with current SECRET clearance for Webster Out Lying Field (WOLF).

This position will manage and support a high level NAWCAD program, with the Journeyman Operations Manager as point of contact for operations at the site for mission execution. Plan, direct or coordinate the operations of public or private sector organizations. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources.

The Operations Manager is responsible for oversight to the company and subcontractor personnel and the successful performance and detailed technical management of the Contractor unit, directly supervising members of the team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

Ensure close coordination between all site leads and supervisors to minimize impacts on operations to include scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, operations,etc.

Daily update of personnel trackers and scheduling

Serves as the Program Manager’s right hand and the senior representative on site.

Requirements

Experience

Three (3) to ten (10) years of recent and relevant experience within Navy and other DoD organizations in Systems Engineering Support. Of the years of experience required, at leastone of those years must include supervisory experience.

Education

Bachelors Degree preferred

Associates Degree is accepted with an additional 4 years of experience (bringing the above to at least 7 years of experience)

No Degree: Additional 6 years of experience (bringing the above to at least 9 years of experience)

Desired Requirements

Hands on experience with military communications, intelligence or reconnaissance
