Sodexo has an exciting position for a Data Analyst – CSR & Sustainability to join our team . This position is remote, and reports to the Senior Manager of Sustainability & Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Performance.
This US based team supports the regional performance reporting process that is centrally managed at the Sodexo Global Group level. The Data Analyst – CSR & Sustainability will be responsible for the following for the North American region (US and Canada):
Site Data & KPIs : Help update and deploy site level sustainability data collection tool including supporting the annual third-party audit of the data. Manage the initiatives support inbox and provide periodic virtual training on the tool.
Scope 1&2 Carbon reporting: Work with leased and owned sites in the business to collect utility data and support Sodexo’s achievement of our renewable energy commitments. Manage the extraction and analysis of fleet emissions data.
Country Reporting & KPIs : Gather and report environmental, social and governance indicators on corporate policies and procedures for our annual Global reporting process against our Better Tomorrow commitments. This will include reviewing, verifying and explaining indicators and KPIs in draft and final forms while liaising with internal and external audit. This position also coordinates with various business groups and functions across the enterprise.
On-going Data Analysis, Reports & Presentations: Using data collected from country and site level surveys, as well as from additional tools and resources, create summary data reports and dashboards that will be used for national, regional and local presentations for both internal and external audiences.
Key qualifications include the following:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Experience managing large / complex datasets (2-3 years preferred)
Strong organizational skills with an internal customer service focus
Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Must be able to work independently, manage and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail & analysis with reporting experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong time management skills and ability to effectively resolve problems
Power BI, Smartsheets, Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint experience
Intermediate level Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot tables, data visualization) preferred
Background in sustainability highly preferred, but not required
Travel requirement: 5-10% depending on business needs
Position work will be during normal US business hours, with the occasional early call to accommodate European time zones

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement – Associates Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Functional Experience – 2 years experience in supporting client relations and sustainability efforts
