Test Engineer

Overview BigBear.ai is seeking a Test Engineer to support multiple projects in moving manual system tests. This long term high-visibility effort is foundational to accelerating the organizations deployment of mission capabilities. What you will do Analyze system requirements and concept of operations documents, as well as system descriptions and user manuals, to develop test and evaluation plans and procedures. Conduct system level test and evaluation across a variety of embedded devices and software applications, including their interactions with other systems. Documents test and evaluation results for review by the development team and government technical directors. What you need to have Bachelors degree with eight (8) years’ experience as a test engineer, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Four (4) years of additional test engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. Clearance: TS/SCI w/Poly Experience testing using CI/CD processes and tools. Experience developing software or scripts and developing test automation frameworks. Experience with manual testing. Experience writing test procedures. What wed like you to have Experience automating the testing of network connected devices a plus. Experience with Python, Wireshark, Bash, Powershell, or other scripting languages a plus.
