Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to work Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. The ideal candidate must be willing to work in all different parts of the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, kitting, labeling, and packing. The Warehouse Associate will spend 8-10 hours daily on the floor and must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with attendance. Teamwork is essential in this role as we work together to innovate creative solutions and maintain our high standards of excellence.

This position primarily focuses on the Kitting department to create, consolidate, and perform quality control (QC) checks on inventory items. The role requires an individual who is self-motivated, efficient, and capable of closely following written instructions while maintaining a clean and orderly workspace. Technical skills are also necessary, including the use of handheld devices, scanners, poly-sealers, label printers, and table scales. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with inbound, outbound, and shipping operations.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Columbia, Maryland.

Work Environment

This job operates in a warehouse which is both a professional and physical environment. This role routinely uses standard warehouse equipment such as dollies, skids, and pallet jacks as well as office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. The physical demands include regularly lifting and carrying boxes and lab equipment weighing up to 70 lbs.
