Job Title: Project Architect
Job Description
Participate in all project phases, from initial conceptual design to construction administration. Perform design and technical tasks requiring application of architectural techniques and knowledge. Coordinate with other design disciplines during design and construction document phases. Conduct research and prepare studies and reports. Modify or create construction documents, including drawings and technical specifications. Prepare graphic presentations and 3-D renderings. Attend on-site visits, field reviews, and construction progress meetings as appropriate. Participate in team meetings to discuss design and technical issues and coordinate with other design disciplines. Work with architectural staff under the direction of a Senior Architect. Develop understanding of basic accounting principles and project budget management.

Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Baltimore, Maryland and some days remote.
