Job Title: Architectural Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer with a strong blend of design and technical skills. The ideal candidate will have experience creating engaging graphics for building design presentations and will provide design to construction administration support for a diverse range of clients, including Federal and Municipal Government, Higher Education and Research institutions, K-12 Schools, and Industrial/Manufacturing clients. You will assist in the design of high-performance buildings, historic preservation projects, learning environments, transit centers, office environments, and mission-critical and secure facilities. Some project-related travel within 400 miles may be required.

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Baltimore, Maryland and some days remote.

Work Environment

The Architecture / Interiors group consists of 31 people, primarily based out of the Baltimore office. Teams usually consist of 3-5 architects working collaboratively on projects. The work environment is highly collaborative, playing to employees strengths and encouraging them to come into the office frequently. Senior Architects, Project Managers, and Principals/VPs are present in the office every day, fostering a supportive and engaging work environment.
