Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant/Project Administrator to join our Insourcing Solutions team located in Baltimore, MD.
In the Administrative Assistant/Project Administrator role, you will provide administrative, clerical and technical support to the contract staff, Facility Supervisor, Veterinarian, Facility Manager and customer.
Additional responsibilities include:
Ensure staff submits hours in electronic system.
Data Enter retro payments, and cash awards.
Maintain and monitor staff attendance; provide management leave accrual listing on a weekly basis.
Coordinates travel and training arrangements for staff.
Maintain travel/training records.
Process invoice and travel expense reports.
Assist in preparation for monthly animal care staff meetings.
Plan and organize special events.
Resolves billing discrepancies with outside vendors. Refers problems to appropriate staff.
Assists with new hire orientation by obtaining access cards, ID cards and parking cards for new employees.
Filing and scanning for the animal program.
Job Qualifications
The following are minimum qualifications related to the Cagewash Technician 2 position:
Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Experience: 2 -3 years experience working in administrative support required. Experience working in an animal program supporting veterinary staff or scientists preferred.
The pay rate for this position is $24.84 per hour
