Tasks and Responsibilities
• Manages the 941Sales inbox to determine the path of each request and performs appropriate actions depending upon the scope of the job.
• Manages Added Loads & conversion / new service submissions from initial customer request to Clerk handoff.
• Manages “meter only” upgrades from request to installation.
• Determines the extent of existing customer Added Load upgrades based on O & M Guidelines (service sizing charts, meter capacities, etc.) and routes the emails properly based on guidelines.
• Delegates, assigns & prioritizes Salesforce lead entrance and BCA creation to Clerks.
• Monitors assigned work to ensure it is completed in a timely & accurate manner.
• Fosters relationship between Sales Operations and outside contractors who assist in processing work.
• Interacts with above ground contractors for processing & installing of meter upgrades outside of ARM.
• Provides upfront cost estimates on jobs based on guidelines set forth by Customer Acquisition Manager.
• Reports on data surrounding single service BCAs and Added / Split Loads without BCAs
• Creates reporting tools for Clerks & Reps to monitor projects.
• Cooperates with Consumer Service to provide information on escalations regarding the intake process.
• Performs consistent customer outreach to resolve outstanding customer issues to expedite job processing with missing information.
• Communicates with customers to allow for quick & efficient processing of projects.
• Works closely with Sales Reps / BCA Managers to resolve issues regarding job entry.
• Identifies and implements strategic process improvements to improve efficiency and to help achieve the company’s value driver targets.
• Performs subject matter expertise (SME) related activities (research and development, testing, training and roll-out activities) on all system and process upgrades that impact New Business/Growth.
• Extracts and manages data from Salesforce (CRM), ARM (Work Management System) SAP and other systems to analyze new business projects and ensure a healthy pipeline.
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
• Bachelors Degree Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field preferred
• 3 Years in utility new business, construction management, project management or engineering/design is required. required
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and effective working relationships, required
• Demonstrated ability to present ideas logically and concisely to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing, required
• Experience with the natural gas or utilities industry, preferred
• Demonstrated ability to effectively evaluate multiple scenarios and to implement effective solutions to broadly defined business problems, preferred
• Demonstrated customer service and/or sales skills to expedite job closing/authorization, preferred
• Proficiency operating computer information technology, software and applications, including Microsoft Office, to calculate, analyze, share, retrieve, research and present business information, preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP, ARM, Salesforce, PowerBI and GIS systems, preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, preferred
We offer a competitive salary range of $81,000 to $111,750 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and skills. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
