Job Description

The Commercial Technician will drive a company vehicle to and from customer sites to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently, solve problems quickly and efficiently, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Hard Skills

Troubleshooting commercial kitchen equipment

Repairing ovens, boilers, steamers, and fryers

Inspecting equipment to ensure safe operation

Completing service tickets according to procedures

Tracking truck stock for parts inventory

Work Environment

Standard work hours are 8-5pm. Responsibilities include maintaining service vehicle, tools, and uniforms to company standards, setting a positive example for less experienced technicians, and following all company policies and safety procedures. End users include Whole Foods, QTS, retail locations, and school/university dining halls.
