Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will use an air-powered industrial paint sprayer and maintain its upkeep. Responsibilities include handling chemicals such as lacquer thinner and mineral spirits, keeping an accurate inventory of paint supplies, and ensuring a neat and organized work area. Consistency in work quality and time management is crucial, as the paint is the first impression of our products. Duties also involve reading orders carefully, breaking down and cleaning the paint machine daily, banding attachments to pallets when needed, and completing all necessary paperwork before the end of each shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Using an Air Powered Industrial Paint Sprayer

Using chemicals such as thinner and mineral spirits

Use air-powered industrial paint sprayers and maintain their upkeep.

Apply industrial coatings and paints using chemicals such as lacquer thinner and mineral spirits.

Keep an active and accurate record of inventory and consumables related to the paint area.

Ensure consistency and quality in painting, as it sets the first impression of our products.

Maintain efficiency in painting and loading the booth within reasonable timeframes.

Collaborate effectively with teammates and demonstrate strong communication skills.

Maintain a neat and organized work area.

Carefully read and follow orders to ensure accuracy.

Break down and clean the paint machine at the end of each day.

Band attachments to pallets when needed.

Complete all necessary paperwork before submission.
