Primary Role
Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Field Service Representatives are responsible for installing, inspecting, maintenance and repair activities in and on facilities and equipment in the general utility plant, related generally to meter reading, maintenance, replacement, and repair. Responsible to uphold all Company policies and procedures relative to safety and act in a professional manner to reduce the exposure of hazards to employees, customers, contractors, and themselves.
Key Accountabilities
Safety
Use safe working practices in the performance of duties. Ensure proper safety practices are used by all workers, including stopping all work, if necessary, to maintain a safe working environment.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance of vehicles, tools, and equipment.
Take prompt, corrective measures to eliminate hazards.
Trust
Complete all forms, timesheets, inspection sheets and other documents as required by the Company or governing board(s) or committee(s).
Investigate customer complaints of high usage or no water.
Communicate with customers on site and with coworkers to satisfy customer requests or inquiries.
