Description and Requirements

As the Director, Solutions & Services Executive – Global Accounts , you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team of Senior Solutions & Services Executives. Your team will focus on selling an expanding portfolio of services and commercial solutions in partnership with Global System Integrators (GSIs). This role involves strategic leadership, driving sales growth, and fostering strong relationships with GSIs to enhance Lenovo’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage a team of Senior Solutions & Services Executives to achieve sales targets and objectives.

– Develop and implement global sales strategies in collaboration with regional sales leaders and GSI partners.

– Drive the execution of joint value propositions and go-to-market (GTM) strategies for GSIs.

– Establish and maintain Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with key GSIs, focusing on products, services, and financing.

– Oversee the identification, development, and closure of large, complex opportunities across multiple regions.

– Foster and maintain strong C-level relationships with end customers and GSI alliance teams.

– Monitor and adapt to Lenovo’s ongoing product and service developments, ensuring they are effectively incorporated into “as a Service” models.

– Lead cross-functional teams to ensure deals progress smoothly through the sales funnel and achieve desired outcomes.

– Ensure world-class sales and customer service for our GSIs and customers globally.

– Utilize MS Dynamics and other reporting tools to track key sales metrics and ensure consistent achievement of targets.

– Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and career growth.

Qualifications:

– Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing high-performing sales teams.

– Strong knowledge and experience in developing relationships and GTM strategies with Global System Integrators.

– Deep understanding of services including, but not limited to, Digital Workplace, Hybrid Cloud, Sustainability, and AI, along with professional services required for the design, deployment, and support of client products.

– Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets through driving new business and promoting Lenovo’s service offerings in partnership with GSIs.

– Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve high performance.

– Strong strategic mindset and business acumen, with effective decision-making, contract negotiation, and partner management skills.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships at the C-level.

Minimum Requirements:

– 10 years of successful enterprise technology sales experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.

– Demonstrated track record of top performance with multi-million dollar quotas.

– In-depth knowledge of “as a Service” models and their value proposition.

– Direct experience in the IT Services Industry focused on PCs or “as a Service” consumption models.

Preferred Requirements:

– Experience with MS Dynamics, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.

– Consumption-based sales experience in Digital Workplace, Hybrid Cloud, Sustainability, and AI.

– MBA or advanced technical degree.
