Permanent Position: Professional Land Surveyor (Registered in South Carolina) is needed for a leading provider of land surveys, landscape architecture, and land planning services in the Northern SC area (Spartanburg, Greenville, or Fort Mill)

location: Spartanburg, South Carolina

job type: Permanent

salary: $85,000 – 100,000 per year

work hours: 8am to 5pm

education: No Degree Required

responsibilities:

Works in the office daily, answering phones, quoting work, and scheduling crews

Professional Land Surveyor will review and sign surveys

Manage a small team of crew chiefs and drafters in the office.

Qualifications

Must be registered as a Professional Land Surveyor in South Carolina

Supervisory or Management skills are a plus

Must be able to work independently and have an exemplary work ethic.

Base salary plus profit-sharing/bonus opportunities.
