Duties

The Auto Body Technician will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

– Conducting thorough inspections of vehicles to diagnose any damage or needed repairs
– Repairing and maintaining vehicles to the highest standards
– Restoring vehicles to their original condition through auto body repair and auto restoration
– Utilizing power tools to complete various tasks
– Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
– Lifting heavy components and performing tasks that require heavy lifting

Qualifications

– Proven experience in the field of auto body repair and auto restoration
– Knowledge of dealership procedures and protocols
– Strong understanding of customer service principles
– Ability to lift heavy components and work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in using power tools and other specialized equipment
– Strong communication skills and the ability to provide detailed estimates for auto body repair
– A valid drivers license
– High school diploma or equivalent education
– Certification in auto body repair or a related field is preferred
– Continuing education and training in the field of auto body repair and auto restoration is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
