Founded in 1960, Trans Ash is a rapidly growing civil land construction & environmental company. This position is full time located at the Georgia Power Plant Wansley in Carrollton, Georgia.

Pay rate:

$21.63 – $28.12 / hour

Higher starting pay with relevant experience.

Job Summary:

Operating heavy equipment such as excavators, track hoes and bulldozers.

Essential Functions:

Operate heavy equipment to load or place dirt, ash, or other materials.

Perform routine inspection on assigned equipment before operation.

Perform all duties in conformance to safety standards.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

Education:

Previous construction industry and/or equipment operations experience.

Training Requirements:

Trans Ash will provide necessary safety training for the job.

Experience:

Operators must have 3 years of GPS operating experience.

Other Information:

Ability to climb and operate heavy equipment.

Local applicants preferred.

Must be able to work in a construction environment.

Must have a valid driver’s license.

Be at least 18 years of age.

Must be able to successfully pass a drug test, MVR, and background check.
