Your role at Clorox:
The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all material handling, storage, and distribution activities within the plant. This role ensures a seamless flow of materials and products to meet production schedules and delivery timelines, while driving operational excellence through inventory control, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
In this role, you will:
Lead and coordinate all logistics operations, including raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal material flow to production lines.
Manage and control raw and packaging material inventory through a robust cycle count process to ensure accuracy and availability.
Drive the strategic implementation and execution of Project Vista (updated SAP system), ensuring successful integration and process optimization.
Collaborate closely with the Business Unit (BU) Material & Scheduling Management (MSM) team to align on scheduling, replenishment, and material management, providing critical input for schedule creation and execution.
Oversee inbound and outbound shipping, receiving, and transportation activities, aligning them with the plant’s delivery schedule and customer requirements.
Ensure consistent availability of materials to avoid production delays and maintain efficient operations.
Supervise and improve warehousing procedures, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency in all storage and material handling practices.
Provide technical expertise on material handling processes, storage solutions, and equipment performance to drive continuous improvement.
Lead and develop the Plant Logistics team, which includes Logistics Shift Leads, Associates, Material Handlers, Dock Coordinators, and Shipping & Receiving Coordinators.
Own the coordination of inbound/outbound raw materials and finished goods in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Serve as the main point of contact for coordination with ARPC and the campus network logistics team to ensure smooth inter-facility logistics.
Lead the daily logistics network DMS (Daily Management System) call, ensuring alignment across the logistics network.
What we look for:
BS/BA degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
3 years in manufacturing, with proven success in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams within the supply chain, including Raw and Packaging Material Warehouses, Distribution Centers, Freight Forwarders, and Manufacturing Facilities.
Hands-on experience with SAP, specifically in tracking raw material movements, finished goods, and managing inventory levels.
Strong track record in identifying, developing, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity in logistics operations.
Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and continuous improvement through effective feedback and coaching.
Skilled in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $86,600 – $161,900
–Zone B: $79,400 – $148,400
–Zone C: $72,100 – $134,900

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
