The BAE Systems team provides vital supply, logistics, and material support to our countrys future, most survivable nuclear deterrent mission. Join us in ensuring continued sustainment through the lifecycle and development of TRIDENT submarines.
A Business Systems Analyst Principal primary tasks would include:
1. Automated Shore Interface (ASI) Schedule Update
2. OS/AEL Quality Assurance Process
3. SPALT SSCN Review Process
4. ACR Web Application Help Desk Process
5. Maintenance Application COSAL Data QA Review Process
The BAE Systems fleet support team is a cross-functional team and the Business Systems Analyst Principal may take on back-up roles based on expertise. Also, the person would represent SSP to coordinate with business stakeholders and technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to architect critical systems requirements and information management through project integration. Moderate to High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business applications. Preferred experience with the Logistics Data Warehouse (LDW). Comfortable with orating and presenting to senior stakeholders throughout the SSP program.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Education and years of related/relevant work experience required: HS Diploma and at least 10 years of experience in supporting Navy Logistics (Submarines) experience, an Associates Degree and at least 8 years of experience supporting Navy Logistics (Submarines) or a Bachelors Degree and at least 6 years of experience supporting Navy Logistics (Submarines).
Additional skills/experience required:
Experience using Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Understanding of Microsoft Access
Experience creating reports, tables, queries, and forms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Automated Shore Interface (ASI) Schedule Updates
OS/AEL Quality Assurance Process
SPALT SSCN Review Process
ACR Web Application Help Desk Process
Maintenace Application COSAL Data QA Review Process
Experience with providing training on various Navy Supply related topics
Experience with conducting audits on various Navy Supply related items
Experience with researching supply related issues
Knowledge of ASI files/records
Familiarization with TRIDENT Inventory Management Systems (TIMS)
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
TRIDENT Submarine Qualified (Highly Desired)
Familiar with waterfront operations, Metrics, Documentation, ERPs, Inactivation, SWS Ashore, TMDE, NOTU, I & C, and COLUMBIA programs.
Strong knowledge of COSAL
Strong Submarine Supply Knowledge
Strong Working Knowledge of RSupply and OMMS
COSAL Maintenance Knowledge
Operational Logistics

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $91980 – $156330

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
