Our Delivery Technician is responsible for the delivery, set up, and pick up of medical supplies/equipment to home care clients within a prescribed and assigned geographical area

What to expect in your role:

Become familiar with all DOT and FDA regulations as they pertain to oxygen.

Pulling of equipment and supplies from the warehouse as prescribed on client delivery tickets.

Assures proper segregation of clean and dirty equipment on delivery vehicle. Loads the supplies/equipment into delivery vehicle.

Determines or obtains best route to deliver home medical supplies/equipment to home care clients in a timely manner.

Completes route sheet accurately and returns to the warehouse in a timely manner.

Provides client orientation, instructing on the proper use, maintenance, and safety of equipment.

Works with clients to solve a variety of problems, thereby acting as a company field representative.

Picks up rental equipment, as directed.

Returns and unloads returned rental equipment at the warehouse facility, assuring proper segregation of clean and dirty equipment within the warehouse.

Completes delivery and pick up paperwork promptly and accurately, including route sheets, manifests, and client documentation, returning paperwork to the appropriate facility personnel.

Performs daily preventative maintenance and vehicle checks, as required, on assigned vehicle.

Maintains a neat, clean personal appearance.

Promotes teamwork among co-workers, including assisting fellow staff, as needed.

Takes on-call time on a predetermined, rotating, or as-needed basis.

Performs all warehouse and office maintenance tasks as required.

Demonstrates timeliness, courtesy, sincerity, and patience when dealing with clients.

Always markets the company in a positive and professional manner.

Assumes other duties within scope of training as assigned.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$34,500 – $47,400 per year
