Currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Aviation Mechanic to join their team and contribute to maintaining their fleet to the highest standards. Qualifications:

FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License (required)

Minimum of [X] years of experience as an Aviation Mechanic or similar role

strong knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation industry safety standards

Hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance, repair, and inspections

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints

Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with [insert specific aircraft types or models] is a plus

Inspection Authorization (IA) certification is an advantage

Familiarity with maintenance software and diagnostic tools

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems

Repair or replace worn and defective parts, including fuel systems, engines, brakes, and landing gear

Maintain detailed documentation of all maintenance activities and repairs

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and manufacturer specifications

Collaborate with the maintenance team to meet deadlines and operational schedules

Use various tools, diagnostic equipment, and software to complete maintenance tasks

Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and aviation mechanics best practices
