Jr. HRIS Analyst (Hourly-Temp)

Overview: This temporary role will support the HRIS Analyst and assist with daily HRIS operations, including processing employee lifecycle changes and data entry. The Jr. HRIS Analyst will primarily focus on ADP Workforce Now processes related to new hires, onboarding, job changes, and offboarding. The role may also support special projects and other duties as needed. Note – this is a temporary position. Key Responsibilities: Assist the HRIS Analyst with maintaining accurate and confidential employee records. Support compliance efforts and ensure data integrity. Execute business/operational requests and process updates under the guidance of the HRIS team lead and manager. Provide regular updates to the HRIS Analyst and seek input on any process challenges. Help create training materials and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR. Prepare basic reports and present findings to the HRIS team for further review. Proactively suggest process improvements to enhance system functionality and user experience. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or Business Administration preferred. Minimum of 2 years of HRIS-related experience and/or administrative HR support with demonstrated problem-solving aptitude. 1-2 years of experience with ADP or Workday is preferred. High attention to detail. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Understanding of the HR lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, retention, development, offboarding). Experience documenting detailed requirements. Strong work ethic and high integrity. Motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive with high initiative. Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks. Effective communication skills, both oral and written, at all levels. OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations affecting the company. Participate in quality assurance, compliance, and continuing education activities as requested by the company. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required. REPORTING RELATIONSHIP This position has no supervisory responsibilities. This position will report to the Manager of Benefits & Compensation & HRIS; however, work direction will be provided by the regular full-time HRIS Analyst.
