salary: $22 – $28 per hour

work hours: 8:30 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities

Opening cases, sending out letters of representation;

Requesting medical records, medical bills and liens.

Sending out medical bill reductions and preparing closing statements (a plus)

Taking calls from clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers;

Experience with preparation of reductions and Closing Statements a plus;

Preparation of demands to insurance companies a plus;

Sit in on some meetings with the attorney and client

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law
