Senior Business Analyst

The Sr. Business Analyst will gather requirements, manage client interaction, and manage cross-functional support of the client program.

Responsibilities

Managing all client interaction.

Working as a cross functional liaison with technical team, our network team and the client.

Gathering requiredsupport documentation for invoicing.

Managing product backlog, prioritizing user stories to drive the greatest business value aligned with broader strategic goals.

Performing business analysis functions.

Leading through influence in both technical and business settings.

Evaluating user requests for new programs or modified program components.

Analyzing business requirements and generating project specifications.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience on the Florida TurnpikeSunPass program.

Able to work with the product team and client team to create product vision and roadmaps.

Illustrate effective communication skills.

Possess experience with MS Office applications,

Have experience collaborating directly with client staff daily.

Show prior experience as a system analyst or business analyst on the Florida Turnpike SunPass program.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $69,493-$90,250.
