Job Description:
At Regions, the Technology Strategy and Transformation Analyst supports the development and execution of the enterprise Technology Strategy. This position leads and/or supports various types of strategic initiatives that have potential impact to people, process, and technology. The Technology Strategy and Transformation Analyst collaborates with partners within the department and across the enterprise to drive change within the organization.
Primary Responsibilities
Leads various types of Technology transformation efforts by developing the end to end strategy and associated plans for transformation initiatives, conducting internal/external research, and soliciting feedback from leaders across the Bank
Leads the execution of large transformation programs and delegates responsibilities to resources within and outside the group
Leads the creation of Technology strategies and associated plans with oversight from with group head
Facilitates discussion with leadership and executives with support and oversight from group head
Leads in the creation of key deliverables (e.g. executive presentations, white papers)
Assists in change management activities within and outside the department (e.g. impact of Agile on business groups)
Serves as a subject matter expert on FinTechs, emerging technologies, and innovation
Assesses the impact when new partnerships, technologies, and/or methodologies are introduced to the organization
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Software Development, MIS, Engineering, Finance, or related degree
Five (5) years of experience in software development, product management, technology consulting, strategy development, and/or innovation
Skills and Competencies
Ability to learn additional systems as needed
Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts
Ability to work in a team environment when applicable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Strong work ethic and self-motivation

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
