Assistant Inspection Room Leader

[Assistant-Inspection Room Leader $13.00/hr
[Pay to increase with training and experience.
[Monitor the grading and inspection of shelled product each shelling day. Monitor inspectors and assures area is clean and sanitary each day. Make sure sanitation water at sanitation station is mixed correctly. Ensure all pecans have correct descriptions and lot numbers. All equipment has been cleaned and sanitized properly and other pecan inspectors are dressed accordingly and following company policies and programs. Make sure horizontal trays and bins upstairs are cleaned and sanitized according to schedules. All finished product is stacked correclty on pallets.
[job hours:7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday, Saturdays during November and some Saturdays in December. January to May is Monday to Friday.
[This is a full time position. After a 90 day probation period, a full time employee will receive a weeks vacation, 40 hours sick time and 6 paid holidays annally. Two weeks vacation after five years of consective employment.
