Recruiting Coordinator, Bilingual

As a Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator, you will be a part of a team responsible for supporting recruitment activities. You will support and assist with efforts to contact and communicate with candidates, conduct interviews, and perform other administrative duties consistent with communications, attraction, maintenance of candidate information, and onboarding.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $16.92 – $21.15 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. Essential Job Functions

Answering and Redirecting Phone Calls

Welcome and assist candidates or visitors

Filter, track, and monitor confidential candidate information/ files

Schedule and conduct interviews, assign start dates, and coordinating onboarding

Assist with orientation and candidate onboarding as needed

Monitor actions to manage and maintain candidate compliance records

Support recruiters with participation in meetings, or recruitment related events.

Experience

High School Diploma or GED Preferred

1 years of experience in recruiting or a related field.

Bilingual (English and Hispanic) required

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking (ATS) and/or Human Resources Inventory (HRIS) Systems

Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

Strong communications skills, both oral and written

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
