Job Title: Paint SpecialistJob Description

The Paint Specialist will work alongside another Specialist to manage the e-coat line. This role involves training and managing 2 Paint Technicians per 3 shifts. Responsibilities include tracking tooling and equipment for paint lines, overseeing the wastewater treatment process, ensuring paint quality and compliance, and performing visual inspections of parts. The Paint Specialist will also write work instructions, update processes, and coordinate with other Engineering groups as needed.

Hard Skills

2 years in paint/e-coat

Knowledge of wastewater systems

Troubleshooting skills

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Springfield, Kentucky.

Work Environment

Large automotive stamping facility with fabrication and paint processes. The facility produces body parts and sunroof frames, primarily for service programs including Toyota North American plants. The environment is highly automated with robots and requires time on the floor assisting and leading the team.
