Production Manager

We are currently looking to add a Production Manager to our amazing team! Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overseeing the production, quality control, and efficiency of our dairy production facility. Working in conjunction with plant operations, and other members of the management team, we are looking for someone who fosters a positive work environment, emphasizes safety and teamwork, puts high value on communication, and leads by example.

The most ideal candidates must have proven experience in food production management (preferably in dairy), a strong technical aptitude and familiarity with automated production systems, a knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, FDS, SQF, etc.), and a willingness to embrace and enforce positive changes. We are also looking for someone who has schedule flexibility and is available for calls or to come in when extenuating circumstances arise.

Rate of pay will be commensurate based on experience.
