Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Monitor and record patient vital signs.
Provide basic patient care, including wound care, dressing changes, and personal hygiene.
Assist in educating patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and protocols.
Qualifications:
Current and valid LPN license in Ohio.
Proven experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
Ability to work well within a team.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Current CPR certification.
