This role works remotely and must reside within the continental US. Eastern standard time core business hours will be maintained, hoewver it supports the western half of the US and some calls and meetings may occur after 5:00pm EST. Some time will be spent at our headquarters in Akron, Ohio on a quarterly basis for team building or training. This role provides a salary, opportunities for quarterly and annual bonuses and a generous benefits package.

Role Objective
Using primarily virtual selling techniques, this role is responsible for leveraging and growing identified channel partners through a variety of activities including the creation and execution of Business and Trade Development Plans and driving profitable growth through acquisition, retention, and growth of target end-users. The role focuses on selling innovation and increasing implementation of GOJO and PURELL Solution across various markets. Collaborates, builds, maintains, and manages account relationships and activities with field sales, key distributor contacts, and internal stakeholders.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
General Responsibilities
Prepare and present meetings and trainings with channel partners and end-users and internal partners
Uses various technologies and resources to engage in a mostly virtual sales environment
Uses sound independent judgement to make decisions regarding actions needed to grow and retain business for an aligned customer base.
Uses data and insights to identify and implements opportunities to improve efficiency and results to impact financial performance
Uses Salesforce.com to effectively manage of pipeline and maintain and update account specific information and insights
Seeks and shares competitive intel
Uses independent judgement to resolve customer issues through effective problem solving, negotiation and issue resolution, empowering use of GOJO policies. Uses judgement to engage leadership team as needed
Accomplishes team and individual revenue and productivity goals as defined by Business Segment Team Leaders, Sales Leadership
Collaborates and participates on cross-functional teams to execute business strategies and close opportunities
Channel Responsibilities
Supports and creates Business Development Plans (BDPs) and Trade Development Plans (TDPs) and facilitates their execution
Available as needed to support and respond to customer and distributor needs, prioritizing work as appropriate to support business needs and growth
Develop relationships with key stakeholders at channel partners to position GOJO innovation and lead line status
Leverage reporting to mine white space, identifying end user targets
Train and partner with Distributor Sales Rep through virtual mean
Partner with GOJO team members and field sellers to support face to face needs as appropriate
End User Responsibilities
Works independently and in collaboration with assigned channel partners to develop and provide new conversion targets to EU Sellers
Develop key relationships to retain and grow end users to customers for life
Selling GOJO innovation, executing on white space opportunities with end users
Drive overall market share growth through profitable end user selling activities
