Monday through Friday-Possible overtime and weekends during peak season

The Kraft Heinz Massillon factory is engaged in the manufacture of frozen food products, most particularly, frozen dinner entrees, spinach dip, and kids meal under the brand name of Smart Ones, Smart Made, Devour, Kraft, TGI Fridays and Crave. All items produced are frozen and under strict supervision of FDA, ODA, two (2) on-site federal USDA inspectors, and company quality inspectors. The Massillon, Ohio factory currently employs approximately 370 salaried, non-union hourly and union hourly employees. The Union hourly workers are represented by Local 17A of the United Food & Commercial Workers Union.
The factory currently operates production lines on day and afternoon shifts. The midnight shift is dedicated to sanitation, maintenance and warehouse; disassembling, cleaning, completely sanitizing all production lines and equipment, and reassembling them in preparation for the next days production operation. All products are micro-tested in the on-site Quality Assurance Laboratory. The products manufactured at the Massillon factory are distributed throughout the United States and Canada through retail and warehouse club outlets.

Job Summary/Purpose:
Verifies and maintains accurate inventory records. Prints reports as required. Operates keyboard to enter data into computer or disk for subsequent entry by performing the following duties.
Essential Responsibilities
Participate/support the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) and assist in the development of the system and operational standards and corrective actions.
Enters and audits information into computer ensuring inventories are recorded accurately and documentation is in order. Assist forklift operators with printing pallet tickets and assigning stall locations where product is going to be stored.
Coordinates any change order activity, and communicate anything out of the ordinary to the supervisor, planners, manager, or any other party that might be affected.
Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data to be entered. Compares data entered with source documents, or re-enters data in verification format on screen to detect errors. Deletes incorrectly entered data, and re-enters correct data.
Performs job assignments following all safety precautions and reports any unsafe conditions. Ability to recognize, report and be involved in corrective action regarding any unsafe conditions.
Performs detailed reconciliation duties. All SAP transactions that deal with receiving and shipping, average cost of $4 to $5 million weekly.
Audit forklift operators movement reports and makes necessary transactions on SAP inventory control system.
Verify all associated paperwork; Production Supervisor reports, freezer movement sheet and production tally sheets and ensure SAP data is entered accurately. Compare paperwork to history of production transactions in EBPCS.
Accurately print open shop orders report for daily production input.
