Job Description

Perform various tasks on the production floor as required. Complete all job duties in a safe and efficient manner. Operate industrial sewing equipment and machinery to cut tarps to appropriate size. Set up and make changes to machinery in-between runs as required. Perform quality checks on finished colors and tarps – inspect color, size, measurements, defects, etc. Operate and oversee multiple production lines as required. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.

Hard Skills

Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

Comfortable reading a tape measure and using hand and power tools

Soft Skills

Comfortable working on feet in a fast-paced environment

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Wooster, Ohio.

Work Environment

Family-owned company where everyone gets along. Non climate-controlled facility. Around 125 total employees. Emphasis on safety with monthly training and investment in protection. All openings are currently on 2nd and 3rd shift.
