Job Purpose
This position is responsible for growing Bank profitability by coaching and developing the assigned retail team, of no more than 8 retail branches, to develop new relationships within Bank & Segment guidelines and maintain and expand existing relationships which meet the Banks profitability and credit/risk standards. This position will also be responsible for recruiting and hiring of additional members to the retail team. This position must work with all lines of business to increase referrals to and from retail within the Bank. This associated is responsible for achieve defined balance sheet and income statement goals assigned to their district. This is a sales leader position focusing on the success of the team by delivering top of class service to the Banks clients and prospects. This position will also be responsible for ensuring their assigned team is within compliance, regulatory, and risk guidelines and will be responsible for the adherence of these items. Lead their assigned branches to success.
Job Duties
