Equipment Maintenance Technician

Position Summary:  

The primary responsibilities are to assure that all production machinery and equipment are capable of maintaining a continuous stable production to meet customer production schedules and quality requirements. To sustain the production machinery, equipment, assembly areas and support related services that could have a negative impact on production.

Scope of Responsibilities:  

Repairs, PMs, troubleshooting, projects and maintains production machinery and mechanical equipment for preventative, and predictive maintenance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:  

– Repairs
– Preventative Maintenance
– Troubleshooting
– Support production equipment failures
– Completed work request
– Work with other departments to make permanent repair for optimal production

Requirements:

Education/Experience/Training (minimum required):  

– Electrical experience
– CNC experience
– Strong Mechanical skills
– Welding / Fabrication skills
–  Robotic experience
– Hydraulic experience 
– PLC experience
– Must be able to pass background check
– Must be able to pass drug screen 
– Must be able to work any shift (train on 1st shift for 90 days then open to 2nd or 3rd shift)
