Responsibilities

Develop and Communicate Implementation Estimates – Work with the Crown sales network to develop implementation estimates that will be used in the quoting process. Information about the size and scope of the sales opportunity, capabilities of the local Crown dealer and specific truck data will be gathered and recorded to determine the time, materials and personnel requirements to complete the installation.

Manage Installation Team – Direct and schedule the activities of the Crown installation team, when required, from the point of order acceptance through project completion.

Develop and Maintain Policies and Procedures – Create and communicate policies and procedures that ensure the success of installing the Crown InfoLink system.

Conduct Site Visits – Visit customer sites, as necessary, to understand the scope of the installation, communicate issues and opportunities with the dealer or customer, and perform quality assurance reviews.

Develop and Maintain Management Reports to communicate ongoing project status.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor Degree preferably in Business and Project Management

5-7 years related experience
