Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

Assemblers will be manufacturing conveyor belts and other material handling solutions. So responsibilities include:

Interpreting engineering assembly prints

Assembling equipment from fabricated parts

Willingness to help throughout the shop,

Learning new manufacturing areas

Producing high-quality assemblies with low rejection rates

Being a team player with a positive attitude!

What we are looking for

High Mechanical Aptitude, comfortable with various hand and power tools

Previous electrical/mechanical assembly experience

Shift & Pay

1st shift: 7am-4pm

45-50 hours, occasional mandatory Saturday work

$20

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 13 Week(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Greenfield, Indiana.

Work Environment

Small to medium-sized facility.

The facility is not climate controlled, warmer in the summer and cooler in the winter.

Traditional manufacturing environment with assembly lines and parts across the facility.

Low to medium noise level.

Very team-oriented with a family feel.

They host cookouts in the summer and offer other opportunities in the plant for those who show initiative.
