Job Title: Quality Supervisor
Job Description
We seek a dedicated Quality Supervisor with a strong experience in quality management and metal stamping. The ideal candidate has over six years of supervisory experience and more than eight years in a stamping facility. You will supervise a team of Quality Leaders and Technicians to ensure that parts are defect-free. Responsibilities include managing stamping plants, creating schedules, authorizing overtime, and handling hiring and disciplinary actions. Additionally, you will assist in developing corrective actions, training, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Collaboration with other quality departments such as PPAP, CMM, and Audits is essential.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Chesterfield, Michigan.
Work Environment
This is a stamping environment. It is very loud and can be very hot in the summer. Candidates must wear work boots, hard sole shoes, and long pants. Tank tops are not allowed. Plant 1 and 3 handle all stamping activities, while Plant 2 focuses on welding and making fasteners. The facility includes Minster and Wayne Trail Stamping presses up to 1,000 Tons, with 10 press lines, 8 equipped with PLCs and 2 with relay logic
